We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oribe purchase; therefore, we offer complimentary returns for any items purchased on our site within 30 days of delivery. Please note that products must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old tracking labels.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized UPS drop-off location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
